Previously, we found that seven years of allotted prophetic time is yet unfulfilled.
This remaining seven years is often referred to as the 70th Week of Daniel.
For then shall be Great Tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. (Matthew 24:21 KJV)
We further found that the second half of this prophetic week is the Great Tribulation period that Elohim is forewarning us about.
To protect “the Remnant” from these “judgment” plagues (and other apocalyptic events)…
…Elohim has prepared The Old City of Jerusalem as the Place of Refuge…
…where “the Remnant” will assemble so they will be alive to greet the Son of Man at His return.
And for those of you that feel the calling, then you must be in the Place of Refuge at the start of the Great Tribulation in order to physically escape the apocalypse.
Officially, the Greater Second Exodus begins with the start of the 70th Week of Daniel. Only those that watch for the start of the Final Seven Years…
..will know that they will have a 3½ year window till the Great Tribulation begins.
In this article, we are going to identify the event which determines the start of the Greater Second Exodus.
HE will confirm a covenant with many for one ‘seven.’ In the middle of the ‘seven’ HE will put an end to sacrifice and offering. And at the temple HE will set up an abomination that causes desolation, until the end that is decreed is poured out on him.” (Daniel 9:27 NIV)
According to the prophet Daniel, the Final Seven Year Countdown will begin with the confirmation of “a covenant” by an individual, which Daniel only recognizes as “he.”
HE will confirm a covenant with many for one ‘seven.’ In the middle of the ‘seven’ HE will put an end to sacrifice and offering. And at the temple HE will set up an abomination that causes desolation, until the end that is decreed is poured out on him.” (Daniel 9:27 NIV)
The next event to transpire in this vision is predicted to occur in the “middle” of the Seven Year Countdown…
HE will confirm a covenant with many for one ‘seven.’ In the middle of the ‘seven’ HE will put an end to sacrifice and offering. And at the temple HE will set up an abomination that causes desolation, until the end that is decreed is poured out on him.” (Daniel 9:27 NIV)
…where this same individual is going to desecrate the third temple by putting an “end to” the “sacrifice and offerings” and “setting up” the “Abomination of Desolation.”
THE SON OF PERDITION
Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called Eloah, or that is worshipped; so that he as Elohim sitteth in the temple of Elohim, shewing himself that he is Elohim. (II Thessalonians 2:3-4 KJVm)
According to II Thessalonians chapter 2, the “Son-of-Perdition” is going to SET HIMSELF up in the Third Temple proclaiming HIMSELF to be Elohim.
HE will confirm a covenant with many for one ‘seven.’ In the middle of the ‘seven’ HE will put an end to sacrifice and offering. And at the temple HE will set up an abomination that causes desolation, until the end that is decreed is poured out on him.” (Daniel 9:27 NIV)
So the “he” and the Abomination of Desolation are one and the same.
When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand: (Matthew 24:15 KJV)
And according to The Son of Man, when the Abomination of Desolation does SET HIMSELF up in the Holy Place, know and understand…
For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. (Matthew 24:21 KJV)
…that this event is THE sign, which indicates the start of the Great Tribulation, which we are forewarned about.
THE ABOMINATION OF DESOLATION WILL CONFIRM THE COVENANT
HE will confirm a covenant with many for one ‘seven.’ In the middle of the ‘seven’ HE will put an end to sacrifice and offering. And at the temple HE will set up an abomination that causes desolation, until the end that is decreed is poured out on him.”(Daniel 9:27 NIV)
It is HE, the Abomination of Desolation himself, that will confirm the covenant, which is the start of the final seven years.
And when this confirmation does occur, the final count down begins and three things will become apparent.
1. THE ABOMINATION OF DESOLATION IS REVEALED
First, the Abomination of Desolation is revealed for who he is.
2 . SEVEN YEARS TILL THE SECOND COMING
Secondly, the confirmation will indicate that the Final Seven Year countdown is in progress.
Presently, no one knows the day-or-the-hour of the second coming. However, according to Daniel’s vision, the minute this “covenant” is “confirmed,” seven years will remain till the second coming of the Son of Man.
3. 3 ½ YEARS TILL THE START OF THE GREAT TRIBULATION
Thirdly, the confirmation let’s us know that 3½ years will remain till the start of the Great Tribulation.
This is significant. You now know that Elohim has provided a 3½ year window for you (and the rest of “the Remnant”) to be assembled in His divine Place of Refuge, in order to physically escape the predicted apocalypse.
THE PRIMARY SIGN
The confirmation of a covenant by the Abomination of Desolation is THE Primary Sign, which will indicate that the Final Seven Year Countdown has begun.
THE SECONDARY SIGN
However, since 1948 Israel has signed many treaties. So, a Secondary Sign (which works in conjunction with the Primary Sign) has been provided to help us distinguish the covenant (we are to be watching for) from all other official documents.
THE THIRD TEMPLE
This Secondary Sign is the construction of the third Temple.
According to predictions, The Abomination of Desolation is going to desecrate and end the sacrifices of the thirdTemple, in the middle of the Final Seven Year Countdown.
However, in order for the Abomination of Desolation to desecrate it, the Third Temple must first be built.
So the event we are looking for is 1) the confirmation of a covenant or treaty at a time when Israel has built or begins the process of 2) building the Third Temple.
IN REVIEW
Elohim through the prophetic scriptures has forewarned us of an Apocalyptic period called the Great Tribulation and that Elohim has provided a divine Place-of-Refuge, where “the Remnant” can physically escape the predicted apocalypse.
So, when you see a confirmation of a covenant involving Israel…
…at a time when Israel has built or begins to build the third temple…
…know and understand that the Final Seven Year Count Down will have begun. And when it does start, 3 ½ years will remain for you to get to Elohim’s divine Place of Refuge in order to physically escape the predicted apocalypse and to greet The Son of Man at His return.
